Our Shipping & Return policy states :

  • Delivery time depends on order quantity. In general, from 02 working days to 04 weeks maximum.
  • The mastercorset also provides weekly partial shipment service for bulk orders according to customer requirements & priorities.
  • We provide safe & fast delivery service at our customer’s doorstep. Moreover, We have company accounts in world-famous Courier services such as :
  • UPS
  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • SKYNET
  • secondly, Shipping charges are added in the order invoice & have to pay with order payment in advance.
  • We also provide FOB (Freight on Board) service on customer requirements with written approval to use customer account for shipment.

RETURNS :

firstly, All Sales are final; however, should you have any discrepancies in your order regarding sizing or wrong material issues. Returns accepted within 15 days for an exchange. All returned merchandise must be in unused condition with all tags and the original box or packaging if applicable.We cannot return item(s) that have been custom-made (special sizing).

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDERS :

The proposal for cancellation of the order will be submitted within 24 hours, so if the cancellation is done within 24 hours, we must refund the whole balance in the account of the consumer, however in case the buyer ever wants to withdraw the order such that the following provisions apply. Cancelling the order after 24 hours would result in an automatic 25 percent withdrawal from your paid sum. Cancellation of the order before arrival or when it is in the shipment process would result in an automatic 25 percent withdrawal from your paid sum along with shipment charges too.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY :

  • Email sales@mastercorset.com (within 24 hours) to initiate the return process. Your email will mention that you want a refund or an exchange. If it’s for an exchange, we need to test whether the correct size is accessible.
  • All returns shall be made within 10 days. We would require your order number, summary (including images if available), original packaging, logos, and all other details regarding your product usage to help us understand the possible defect.
  • Exchanges are based upon supply. Please note that the object you are searching for is with us. If we don’t have it, we should give a refund.
  • If we obtain an object and consider it has violated our rules, we will not process the submission.
  • For exchange or return, the customer will bear the shipping charges.
  • The customized Outwear will not be returned, as it is specifically made on request.
