15 DAYS EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We have a simple Return policy of 15 days. With respect to the inquiries, you can contact us via email and our customer support representative can resolve your request within 24 hours. After 15 days no return is engaged or entertained.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Email email@example.com (within 24 hours) to initiate the return process. Your email will mention that you want a refund or an exchange. If it’s for an exchange, we need to test whether the correct size is accessible.
- All returns shall be made within 10 days. We would require your order number, summary (including images if available), original packaging, logos and all other details regarding your product usage to help us understand the possible defect.
- Exchanges are based upon supply. Please note that the object you are searching for is with us. If we don’t have it, we should give a refund.

- For exchange or return customer will bear the shipping Charges.
- The customized Outwear will not be returned, as it is specifically made on request.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDERS
The proposal for cancellation of the order will be submitted within 24 hours, so if the cancellation is done within 24 hours, we must refund the whole balance in the account of the consumer, however in case the buyer ever wants to withdraw the order such that the following provisions apply.
Canceling the order after 24 hours would result in an automatic 25 percent withdrawal from your paid sum.
Cancellation of the order before arrival or when it is in the shipment process would result in an automatic 25 percent withdrawal from your paid sum along with shipment charges too.
